It's seldom that business owners read reviews, complaints in my case. I'm pleased to see that the owners of this Panda Express listened and brought in new management...his name is Shane. This place has experienced a 180 degree turnaround! Fresh food and plenty of it. The food was extremely fresh and so was the service. Great job to Shane and the rest of the staff. Keep up the good work. If anyone reading this was turned off from this location because of the previous ways things were managed here, come on back. The place is back on track and the new management deserves the opportunity to earn your business back.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. The service is horrible and the food is overcooked or they are out of it. If you have them make it plan on waiting for up to an hour. Won won wok for us from now on.

Nothing has hanged months later. Service is beyond slow. Food is basically old and over cooked from sitting on steam tables for many hours. Broccoli should be green not black. The orange chicken is turning dark brown and is hard as a rock. This went right in to the trash.

Portion size. It's just that simple. I paid extra for the shrimp and they only gave me 3 pieces. Are you serious? It's not rocket science. I should have taken a picture. I asked her to add some more and I got attitude. So I received one more piece. I said never mind and just got the orange chicken instead which literally tasted like a wet dog smells. Not a pleasant experience this time. I will try one more visit and possibly raise my rating if they improve.

Panda Express is no less authentic than most other local Chinese restaurants, so take that for what it's worth. This location is clean, with friendly staff and swift service.

White rice always stale. Orange chicken and pretty much any other meats I normally get like Beijing beef are always over-cooked: crunchy, dry, etc.. Never give enough chow mein. Drive thru always has long wait times. Multiple times they've messed up my order. Because it's so close, I go there if I want some Panda but I think I'm done with this location. I have no more faith in them giving me quality Panda..

So disgusting!!! We always give panda another shot and I'm always let down. My husband even waited longer for fresh food. Sweet and fire chicken tasted like plastic and rice was over cooked. I expect better quality food for how much they charge. Not satisfied at all.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. I don't even know where to begin with how terrible this panda is. First I know that panda food is nothing to rave about but when you want fast chinese and don't want to go sit down anywhere it hits the spot. I decided to order online tonight and when I finished my order it said that it wouldn't be ready for an hour which was a little much I would say for a fast food place. I went to pick up my food an hour later and when I got there the girl told me they were really busy and hadn't even started getting my food ready. I was a little bit annoyed but thought how long can it take. Well the answer is I sat there for another hour waiting at the store. The people that came in after I did got there food sat down at a table and ate and left before I got my food. I was so mad. They finally got me my food and you would have thought they would have thrown in an extra side or appetizer or something. No nothing. So it took pretty much two hours to get some panda express. Definatly not express. Then to top it off when I started eating my mushroom chicken I got some kind of hard red bone looking piece of who knows what in my chicken. So sick. Lets just say I will never be going there again.

Small portions. High prices. Poor menu. Okay flavors.

Gross and expensive. We got the family meal deal and couldn't believe it cost as much as if we went to a nice restaurant. Way too expensive for fast food. The food was way below standard, even for this fast food chain. This location is the worst Chinese food I have had. I won't be paying high prices for this crummy food again. There is much better Chinese food for cheaper nearby.

Just sat in the drive thru line for 23 minutes. This is not the first time long. Also, I had a cashier touch my food after sneezing, and not washing hands. I totally drove away after I told him why.

Terrible food terrible service, and they support the criminal community by allowing a monument to a violent felon on their property.

There really give small portions, much less than other pandas. If you want Panda, go to another location.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
